Sharing Your Records
A note on sending documents. When you send us records, please label your files by property and date so nothing goes astray, and avoid sending sensitive documents by email where you can. We will agree the best way to share your records with you when we start. We never ask for your bank login.

Do you provide tax advice or file returns?
We keep your records and prepare the working papers. For personal owners, we can also file your Self Assessment return (from £150). Company returns are filed by your own accountant, and tax advice is given by a qualified tax adviser.
Can you liaise with my accountant?
Yes. We can share working papers, reconciliations and schedules with them directly.
Do you support individuals and companies?
Yes. We work with private landlords, partnerships and SPVs (limited companies).
