Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about our training program
Do you give tax advice or file returns?
No. We train you to keep records; your adviser provides advice/filings. Our role is purely educational - we help you establish robust recordkeeping systems and procedures, but all tax advice and filing responsibilities remain with your qualified accountant or tax adviser.
Do I need accounting software?
Not necessarily. Spreadsheets can work with strong controls and audit trails. We're tools-agnostic and will help you implement robust procedures whether you prefer Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, or any other system. The key is having proper controls and documentation, not the specific tool you use.
What does the 1-year phone support cover?
Recordkeeping processes and controls only; fair use; no tax/legal advice or filings. This includes help with reconciliation procedures, evidence management, logging systems, and process clarifications. Support is scheduled during working hours and operates under fair use guidelines to ensure quality service for all clients.
